Since 1959, Generac Power Systems, Inc. has been a leading, innovative manufacturer and marketer of portable and standby generators, automatic transfer switches, modular paralleling systems, and small engines for recreational vehicle, residential, and commercial applications. Generac’s power systems range in output from 2 to 9,000 kilowatts.
World class manufacturing is dynamic. To sustain one's reputation as a trailblazer, one must accept change. Generac views change as opportunity, and opportunity is the motivation that drives our workforce to succeed. Generac employees are encouraged to be imaginative... in their suggestions to improve efficiencies, in their desire to incorporate new technologies and in their quest to broaden their contributions.
This willingness and ability to achieve at an elevated level defines Generac's culture and is most easily seen in the products they build. That's why Generac Power Systems remains the undisputed leader in the residential market. Today,
Generac sells more automatic home standby generators than all of our competitors combined.
It is also why Generac revolutionized the commercial market, by creating the first product line geared specifically to the needs of small and mid-sized businesses.
Generac is the company that recognized the demand for industrial power solutions that boast redundancy, reliability, and flexibility. In response, Generac has created numerous award-winning products, relying on creativity and innovation to see them through.
And Generac is the company that was chosen above all others to supply back-up power to the nation's largest telecommunications networks.
Generac Power Systems is proud to be a multiple recipient of Milwaukee Magazine's "Best Places to Work" award for Southeastern Wisconsin.

Curbside Delivery
This product is too heavy/large to ship via the small package delivery services (e.g. UPS, FedEx) so it will be sent to you via either standard Curbside Delivery, or Curbside Delivery with Lift Gate service.
These types of delivery are different than standard UPS, FedEx or US Mail in that the product will arrive by a freight carrier (companies like Roadway, Yellow, ABF, Watkins, etc.). The most important thing to remember when accepting delivery is that you MUST inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem.
