The Millermatic 350 is the smartest, most productive Millermatic ever! First single- or three-phase power Millermatic that welds material from 22 gauge to 1/2 in thick in a single pass. Perfect for fabrication, manufacturing, maintenance and repair. Standard units include Bernard 15 ft. Q300 MIG gun with Centerfire consumables. Aluminum Pulse Hot Start automatically provides more arc power to eliminate a "cold start" that is inherent with aluminum starts. Built-in pulsed MIG programs which means all programmed information is restored after each power up. Adjustable Crater feature optimizes crater size for steel, stainless and aluminum applications. Crater Time Delay allows deactivation of crater feature for tack or small welds. Exclusive Gun-On-Demand allows you to use either a standard MIG gun or a Miller Spoolgun without flipping a switch. The machine senses which gun you are using when you pull the trigger. No upgrade is required. Machine comes spoolgun ready right out of the box. Also comes with Fan-On-Demand, Wind Tunnel Technology, and LVC Line Voltage Compensation Miller technology.

For aluminum welding, the optional XR-A ALUMA-PRO Push-Pull Guns provide the ability to utilize 12 in. rolls of aluminum inside the Millermatic 350P for extended aluminum welding time and reduced labor time from changing 1 lb. rolls of aluminum wire.
